Here are the steps to subscribe and unsubscribe from the Bowen EHS Learning Center discussion forums.

For a specific forum

1. Navigate to the forum you want to update.
2. Click on the "Unsubscribe from /Subscribe to forum" button. 
   1. If it says, "Subscribe to the forum," click it, and you will receive notification emails from the forum.
   2. If it says "Unsubscribe from forum," you're already subscribed. Click the button to stop future notification emails.

 You can also subscribe or unsubscribe from individual discussions by clicking the "Subscribe" slider next to that discussion.
