During this webinar, we will outline the steps you can take to prepare to testify as an expert witness while reviewing some basic law concepts.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Determine who can be an expert witness.
- Prepare to testify in court or in arbitration.
- Provide convincing and clear written evidence to support their party.
- Present their opinion analysis.
- Stand by their curriculum vitae.
