64% Pass Rate - July 2023 CIH Online Review
We completed our survey process for the July 2023 CIH Online Review course. 100 days after the course end date, we determined the participants who completed the course and asked them to participate in a short survey.
To receive a Certificate of Completion, clients are required to complete the following list of items:
- Listen to each of the 16 lectures (participate live or review recorded lectures).
- Score 70% or higher on all homework assignments.
- Score 70% or higher on the Bowen EHS final exam.
- Complete the course evaluation.
Now for the results! The July 2023 CIH Online Review took place from July 10th through August 31st, 2023.
Of those who completed the course:
- 79% responded to our survey!
- 66% of those responding took the CIH exam.
- Of those who took the exam, 64% PASSED.
They spent an average of 366 hours studying and a little over 5 months preparing.
There were several comments about testing centers. The majority of our clients had a positive experience with their testing center. However, many recommend knowing your testing center! Contact them before your exam to confirm they can find the exam (yes, that was a problem at a center), confirm they can load the exam (another separate issue), and familiarize yourself with getting into the building (especially on weekends).
The other hot topic was calculators. Everyone who commented reported that they were able to use their physical calculator during the Fall 2023 exam window.
