We completed our May 2023 ASP®- CSP® Online Review course survey process. 90 days after the course end date, we determined the participants who completed the course and asked them to participate in a short survey.
To receive a Certificate of Completion, clients are required to complete the following list of items:
- Listen to each of the 16 lectures (participate live or review recorded lectures).
- Score 70% or higher on all homework assignments.
- Score 70% or higher on the Bowen EHS final exam.
- Complete the course evaluation.
Now for the results! The May 2023 ASP®-CSP® Online Review occurred from May 1st until June 28th, 2023.
Of those who completed the course:
- 72% responded to our survey!
- 78% of those responding took the ASP® exam, with 86% passing.
- 71% of those responding took the CSP® exam, with 100% passing.
If you are wondering what kind of time commitment it takes to prepare for the ASP® and/or CSP® Exams, we asked these course participants that as well.
They spent an average of 94 hours studying and 3.5 months preparing.
There were quite a few issues with testing centers and exam availability. For many, there weren’t exam appointments available at local testing centers, necessitating much longer drives. In one instance, the testing center couldn’t load the ASP Exam (an issue they had for weeks). They didn’t bother to notify the exam taker, and they had to reschedule the exam later at a different location. This participant did eventually pass both the ASP and CSP exams! We recommend checking with your testing center to verify your exam is available and do a test run to the facility before your exam date.
