Office Interruptus

Written by

We’re moving! Wooo Hoooo!

We’re packing and we’re all doing the happy dance.

On September 6 and 7, we are moving our physical offices to a new location about 2 miles from our current space.

The move will have no impact on the delivery of our courses, but there is a strong chance you may reach our voicemail if you give us a call on one of those days as we move our computer servers and phone system.

It’s hard to express how excited we are. Our new space has more offices and lots and lots of windows and storage space. It is located in an office park with trees and sidewalks. There are also several larger rooms for team meetings.

We believe our work environment affects the outcome of our work. Happy, comfortable employees produce better work, share ideas, and show clients they are top priority.

The best part? The majority of the windows open. Fresh air and sunlight are very important to us and we believe in their mental health benefits.

What does this mean for you, our client? Hopefully, you won’t even notice. If you call us September 6th or 7th and don’t reach a real person, please leave a message. We will return the call as soon as the phones are working again. We might even sound a bit happier as we’re talking to you and looking out our new windows.

Did we mention the large number of windows that open?

As always, when you call customer service, a real person is on the other end focused on helping you meet your goals. We hope this disruption will not impact your exam preparation needs. Remember you can also reach us by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by using the green “Contact Us” button on the website.

Doh! Almost forgot. We’re also taking the day off on Friday, September 9th to celebrate with a picnic and a Frisbee golf tournament. Sooo… you’ll need to leave a message if you call on that day too. Rest assured, we’ll be back to normal operations on Monday, September 12th.

Thank you. We are grateful for your business.
